Google Code is being a nuisance again: this has been Patch-new for hours,
but the overview still lists it as Patch-review, making Patchy miss out on
it (possibly starting it explicitly with the issue number might help).
Since there do not seem further suggestions to take into account and this
is rather necessary to bring docs in line with behavior, this is tentatively
Put on countdown for 2013/02/01 17:00 UTC.
I'll update the status accordingly as soon as this has passed a
documentation review.
