How is this a bug? The docstring for accidentalGrouping says:
If set to @code{'voice}, accidentals on the same note in different octaves
may be horizontally staggered if in different voices.
That's exactly what's happening here. Would you want to change the
behavior of accidental grouping? If so, what configuration should LilyPond
use for these chords when it is set?
