There has been a documentation-related comment by Keith on Rietveld that I
don't understand well enough to act on it. Since all of this patch is
rather straightforward, I am putting it tentatively on countdown till
2013/02/13 16:00 UTC, barring suggestions of changes that I can grasp well
enough to accommodate. The documentation disagreements are not a
functional part of this patch: in case we manage to come to a common
understanding, pushing an amended version straight to staging should be
fine.
