I prefer to have a separate flag style as well. Our current flags could
use some improvements, but not necessarilt of this kind, and that would
require quite some research first anyway.
As for examples, i don't have that many of them in case of this issue -
there's just a demonstration showing new upstem flags vs. old ones, and a
single example from engraved score.
