I'll set this back to Patch-new and run a full set of tests (including Make
Doc). If there should be a reg-test to add it will need to go through the
review process again, else if no reg test/doc is forthcoming then feel free
(assuming it passes a full make doc) to set this to 'countdown' yourself as
other than the make doc I can see no reason that it needs to be held back,
but I will leave it as patch review if it does pass make doc, so Mike can
decide either way.
