The issue with @headitem isn't completely trivial to fix. texi2pdf does
not allow subsubheading within a multitable, so the headitem entries can't
be changed to that. As Felix pointed out, we could use a number of
multitable entries, but that would mean the columns for each manual would
be different widths, which looks a bit ugly. Not sure of the best way
forward.
