Ok, so the skyline code did not change the emptiness of "" either which way
and should be unrelated to this issue. That puts Mike off the hook and
this bug clearly out of the "Regression" league.
The behavior is still awkward, and the distribution of (remove
ly:stencil-empty? ...) across scm/define-markup-commands.scm appears rather
haphazard. Any ideas how we should try to move this to a coherent state,
preferably to be documented somewhere?
