That's why I'm asking about a time frame. If we think a stable release is
possible in 3-4 months, I'm OK holding off. Anything longer and it's gonna
be a lot of lost time for me rebasing and refactoring code. So if we can
commit to the 3-4 month timeframe with only bugfixes to current master, I'm
OK with that. In that case, we should tweak the countdowns so that there
is Patch push 2.17 and Patch push 2.19 so that the review process can
continue to go on but we know what can go in current master and what needs
to wait.
