Maybe it is wise to reverse one other detail from issue 2241. The tag-line
is now printed at the end of every \bookpart. Usually it is appropriate to
let the last page of a piece be ragged-bottom, and this seems to require
that the piece end a \bookpart.
Sometimes the tag-line is large, like the one used for mutopiaproject.org,
so it is not nice to print it between every piece. Are there common cases
where the tag-line /should/ be printed at the end of each \bookpart ?
