Patchy the autobot says: dynamics-text-dynamics-context.ly has dynamics
from dynamics context pushed down a lot. dynamics-context-textspan.ly has
large space below rit from dynamics context, making it look like it belongs
only to the upper voice. In page-spacing-dynamics.ly, dynamics are no
longer centered. In figured-bass.ly, 3 5 7 has better line spacing for the
7, but that does not really seem like it should occur as a consequence of
this patch.
