OK - I've fixed the obvious errors in the examples with 2 commits: Janek's
9dd88ce33b9caf1ff6746c92f3b5080727dde946 and mine:
fa329333117f60d7d81da442a11ac6fed90ecd26. My fixes correct the errors
above, plus adds an instrument name to the tab example so that the brace is
not cropped. See Issue 720. Checked with make doc and pushed to staging.
I'll push all the updated picture files to lilypond-extra.
