Moving Script_column_engraver to the staff context stops the fingerings
overlaying each other in the first problem, but (with 2.17.15) they still
appear in the wrong order - they should be ordered, bottom to top, as 2, 0,
and 0, but they display as 0, 2, 0, which makes it appear that the
fingering for the G belongs to the E and vice versa.
