This was merely an attempt to make an example in response to a request
<http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2795#c16>
We still have this problem logged in that issue, so no value to this
example.
(It's not a Windows kerning problem; Pango kerns properly on Fedora, but
the characters I chose are not affected by kerning.)
