Patchy the autobot says: Lots of changes with text padding that generally
look like an improvement except possibly size16 and size20 ("cantabile"
shifted down). However, all fret diagrams shift a bit to the right, making
the measures take more space successively without a reason that would seem
connected to collision avoidance. Patch is Needs_work pending an
explanation. Not caused by this patch but exposed by it is a problem in
multi-measure-rest-text: the text "inner bot" moves down due to this patch
and the second system gets shifted down by a similar amount. However, the
second system ends horizontally far before this shifted text and so its
skyline should not be anywhere close horizontally.
