Alberto asks how to code a tie when a voice changes staves.
the actual behavior is weird - the tie is far away from the notes either
above or below the staff (see image)
as David Kastrup points out there are similar problems with ties when clefs
change or with enharmonic ties across explicit keychanges or modulations
