There are already a number of similar "workarounds" in the documentation.
The macro explicitly allows specifying the width of an image. There is a
note in comment in the file to the effect that the image is deliberately
oversized to allow for proper display on the web. I have not "tampered"
with any image. What are you proposing I should have done?
