Page links in previews/EPS point to non-existing pages. Starting with
Ghostscript 9.07, this leads to error messages in ps2pdf when creating
documents. The situation is acerbated with the i386 compilation from
Ubuntu 13.04 as Ghostscript will dump core with a "fortify_fail__" error
rather than actually emitting the error message (see
<URL:https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ghostscript/+bug/1184386>).
The error can be triggered by calling
lilypond -dpreview input/regression/toc.ly
and since the regtests are converted into preview images in the full doc
build, also breaks the full doc build. Downgrading manually to Ghostscript
9.06 helps for now, but we definitely should get rid of the non-working
page links when creating previews.
