Let Flag grob inherit color and transparent from its stem by default
Things like
Documentation/snippets/making-an-object-invisible-with-the-transparent-property.ly
are _still_ flaky because of issue 1843. Letting Flag inherit some
features from its Stem will make this less annoying, and Beam does it
as well since issue 2866 has been treated.
