Possibly it should actually use 2 pages for page-breaking-good-estimation,
although it may (correctly, I think) consider 0.16 of compression is not
enough to do that. For the other, the problem is that the page is too
small to accommodate a tagline sensibly spaced away from the music. In any
case, if you believe this change has revealed a defect in the page breaking
algorithm, that would be a new issue, not anything associated with this one.
