OK - the markup change was fairly simple, and AFAICS the footer of the Bach
piece doesn't actually appear anywhere in our docs - it's used in preview
mode as an example, so (while I have updated the footer to a more modern
one I found on the Mutopia website) I've made these corrections and pushed
directly to staging as f3e8b5f9b68cab4579873749f4648ba63bc92ac7 following a
fresh make doc check locally.
