That's a consequence of issue 3225. There is no automatic \defaultchild
any more. So MainSequence counts as Bottom context: no implicit Voice
context is created. Add a \defaultchild "Voice" into its definition and
you should be fine.
Can you point out where this information should have been placed in order
to be found by you?
