strange horizontal position of several grobs when these are followed by an  
empty bar line and the 1st staff doesn't have a note starting at that time.

this has been reported in  
http://lilypond.1069038.n5.nabble.com/Misplaced-clef-at-invisible-barline-td151006.html

this didn't happen in 2.12.3. it must have been introduced before or with  
2.13.12.
