I made several comments on the mailing list regarding the interface, in
particular regarding the value ranges we should be supporting compared with
our other Midi interfaces.
What's actually really bad is that the default, according to the regtests,
is CENTER position for all the values. Without an explicit specification,
the default should be to emit _no_ Midi events tampering with the current
setup of the Midi device.
