The docs are mostly correct to state that completion_*_engraver fail to
generate tuplet notes: they will not choose to create either scaled notes
or tuplets to fit some fractional duration, like when writing
\tuplet 3/2 { r8 } c1
Also, they will not introduce their own tuplet brackets when splitting
scaled notes.
The docs don't bother mentioning completionUnit either.
