The new patchset (actually, the last two of them, sorry for the mess):
– removes the bookkeeping used to try to remove duplicate property changes,
– makes the mapping from control function enum constants to MIDI control
numbers local to the function where the mapping is needed,
– renames the new performer to Midi_control_function_performer for accuracy
and consistency,
– updates the default value description of the midiChannelMapping property,
– shortens the descriptions of the new MIDI properties, and
– removes the instrumentName setting from the Score_performer context (it
has no effect, and no default values should be forced if the MIDI
properties are not set explicitly).
