When repeating a note or chord (with or without tieing into it), a string
number indication has to be repeated to get the same rendition in
TabStaff. On the other hand, one would not naturally repeat the fingering
in normal music given identical chords, most certainly not when having tied
notes.
For that reason, the Tab_note_heads_engraver should try to keep the string
assignments (and/or the hand position) of any notes repeated from the last
chord first before going for alternate solutions.
This would mostly obliterate the need for \tabChordRepeats and would also
help a lot with the entry of things like c2\4 ~ 2 ~ 2 for the coming
feature in issue 3648.
