I was going to let forth the standard lecture about issues only to be
entered by bug squad and developers, but seeing that this includes a
complete Rietveld review for non-trivial improvements and is categorized
correctly, that would seem entirely uncalled for.
Either the mail address belongs to a previous developer, or you
meticulously followed our contributor's guide. Either way, it would make
sense for our Google issue tracker managers (embarrassingly, I don't even
know who this is nowadays) to add you to the list of developers so that you
can take ownership of this issue.
