I'm shortcircuiting this one as it is trivial and also easy for translators
to consider once it's in translation. It only deletes stuff (so there is
no new embedded LilyPond code), and still passes make (so the structure of
the Texinfo file is still sound).
Pushed to translation (will merge into both stable and staging) as
commit 8d26005d0b783e546de362b96fb1b00540875064
