Yes, that pdf is on the server only:
http://lilypond.org/website/pdf/
Probably someone forgot to include it in lilypond-extra repository and then
he just manually copied it to the server (you'll see that it's the last pdf
uploaded to the server, 3 months after the others).
The unmaintained and old version is lilypond.org/web (while website/ is ok).
I think that we can safely remove web/ once we've added the htaccess rule.
It should be fairly simple.
