New issue 3697 by [email protected]: markup \super and \sub do not use
the local fontsize

The offsets of superscripts and subscripts do not follow local changes of
text size made with some commands.
\markup {
\concat {8 \super a \sub a \super a \sub a}
\concat {8 \super {a \sub {a \super {a \sub a}}}}
\teeny \concat {8 \super a \sub a \super a \sub a} }
(Size changes using \fontsize command work fine)
