I might want to point out that I simply give a default baseline-skip of 1.7
for the grob resulting in a somewhat cramped line spacing looking
reasonable in that context. There are a few other comparable constructs
(CombineTextScripts, RehearsalMark) which pick 2 as their value. However,
those don't have the volta line at the top, and 2 for my taste left more
air between the text lines than the distance of the volta line called for.
