from someone using instrumentCueName merely to produce markup (like the
regression test above) but expecting it to appear just once on the staff,
not individually set in different font-sizes for each voice.
Probably we should set instrumentChange information once per Staff, change
the documentation to use markup, and convert-ly
\set [Voice|CueVoice].instrumentCueName => \set Staff.instrumentCueName
