The initial example is strange because it forces one accidental to be
present with bes! and then removes the stencil for just that that
accidental.
If this is a minimized example of a case where the 'stencil=##f was used to
remove accidentals on the second notes of ties, even across line-breaks,
there is an option 'hide-tied-accidental-after-break' for that.
If this is a minimized example of a case where the 'stencil was set to some
other symbol, this patch will not do any good.
