Let me see if I have this straight by trying to express the first
of these amendments in different words:
"If the scope of a tag in the quoting voice extends over a
\quoteDuring command, then the quote being inserted there should
have the same filtering applied to it at the time it is created
with the \addquote command, for example like this:
\addQuote qInstrument \keepWithTag #'sameTag \instrument"
