As to comment #14 do we want to alter the reg test so that we have some

For instance the second triplet in the first measure has a cis or ceses
for the >>third note in that triplet
That's a possibility. Or I could add a regtest for kneed tuplets with
accidentals. It might be nice to isolate the behavior.
