Downgrading from Critical since this is not going to affect the next stable
release (2.18.2) (the respective spacing patches have been backed out and
don't belong in 2.18 anyway). If it's still around when we are branching
off 2.20, this will become critical again. I'm fairly optimistic that
we'll have managed to get rid of this by then.
