Ok, so this is the platform strftime, we don't recommend using %e, we don't
have an example using %e, and we don't document any use of it. That's not
really our responsibility in any way, and in GUILE 2 this has been fixed
already.
There is nothing to see or to do for us it would seem. Marking as invalid.
