Moves the Box class to flower/ in a new class called FlowerBox. Wraps
FlowerBox as Box smob in lily/
This is a step towards making the files in flower a stand-alone
library called libflower for the purposes of general object spacing
calculations, which will include distances between objects as well as
spacing algorithms like the adaptation of the Gouraly algorithm
implemented in the simple spacer.
The goal is for this library to serve as a base library for both LilyPond
and other applications that need to accomplish horizontal and vertical
spacing tasks.
The next step after this commit will be doing the same thing with the
Skyline and Skyline_pair classes.
