The regtest difference is as expected, and the big rewrite of this patch
(from two weeks ago) has already been through two countdown cycles, with
only a trivial comment from Paul, despite an invitation on Rietveld 4 days
ago for devs to review it (http://codereview.appspot.com/103890046#msg7).
So, barring any last minute objections, I'll push this patch, in about 18
hours or so. I can address unknown problems in future patches, but
delaying this patch would only delay my other LP work.
