Actually, the regtest diff will be different because I didn't include all
of the regtests in the "initial patchset" that this is based on. Once I
push the patch for issue 3942, I'll rebase this and then you can run Patchy
again. But leave this on review; the rebasing is inconsequential, and I'll
take care of it as soon as I push 3942.
