Oops, I broke that when I removed localKeySignature. I noticed the new use
in this new accidental style, and thought I replaced it, but apparently
didn't.
We could also verify by checking the docs image for
<http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/notation/displaying-pitches#automatic-accidentals>
(except that according to comment #3 the documentation text should
be "every note gets an accidental sign by default, but accidentals are
suppressed for pitches immediately repeated within the same *staff*.")
