The fermata docstring uses
@lilypond[verbatim,quote]
which produces music with lots of ledger lines in the Appendix of Text
markup commands. It should be
@lilypond[verbatim,quote,relative=2]
I propose to make this change, test with make doc and push to staging,
since it's so minor.
