New issue 4067 by [email protected]: Compress data stored in the
`LILC' tables of the Emmentaler fonts.

Each Emmentaler font contains a `LILC' table with lisp data needed by
lilypond (and no other program). This data is plain text having an
approximate size of 90kByte, which is more than 50% of the font size! If
compressed with xz or something similar, it would be less than 7kByte.
