Phil, I see that David and Trevor are (or had?) a discussion on Rietveld
about this, but nothing seems to have moved forward since then.
As far as I am concerned this has gone through a countdown in terms of the
patch passing make etc.
I don't think this needs to be set back to 'needs work' but at the same
time I don't want to say this is patch-push with such a long and seemingly
unresolved thread.
I am leaving this (again) on patch-countdown but if you feel otherwise
change the Label accordingly.
