just want to note that in order to find this passage you have to know

keyword "tagline". It's hard for a new user to know what to search
for, so
it seems legitimate to ask the OP's question.
You have to know that it's part of the headers, go to that section and
find the relevant information. It's not difficult.
Guessing all the possible words that each user could imagine is hard..
Maybe footer could be a word to add to the index?
