Issue 3855: programming error with \markup \fill-line { \vspace #10 }
fixes that problem. Unfortunately there is not much of a rush to revert
since 2.19.14 has already been built and tagged. So instead of doing an
immediate revert, I'll take a look to figure out the scope of the problem
and how to avoid triggering it or related problems without getting back
issue 3855.
