If the default time signature style is going to be augmented, I'd like to
tack on a request for ¢¢ and cc to be put where they belong, wherever that
is. _Maybe_ ¢¢ is 2/1 and cc is 4/2 (which is why I'm mentioning it here
rather than in a new ticket).
