I have to admit I am irritated by the missing time signatures.
skipTypesetting feels like it should be usable for printing an excerpt, and
those seem more correct to me when starting with a time signature. Also
when skipTypesetting is used in the middle of a piece on a passage
containing a meter change, I think that the final meter should be announced
when typesetting resumes.
What do others think?
