Actually, it might not be an error in the tab engraver as such. It would
appear that the _normal_ ties engraved here end on the _same_ notehead
while starting from different noteheads. That's probably the reason that
the upper tie looks like a flyspeck. I have the suspicion that fixing the
normal staff would have the tabstaff follow.
