So, what colour paint should we use? "footer" would be obvious, but we
already use headers and footers for header and footer markup. See
http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/notation/creating-titles-headers-and-footers#default-layout-of-headers-and-footers
and the tagline is something different - appearing only on the last page,
and by default identifying the program that did the engraving.
Possibilities are endline, lastline, postline, ...
